Cole Changing

You are now finished with Part I of Touching Spirit Bear.  Cole has just begun making some changes, but has not completely become a new person yet.  How do you think Cole has changed so far?  How is he still partially the same person who beat up Peter?  Remember, when doing characterization use examples of dialogue, actions, thoughts, relationships, etc. in order to support your arguments.
